How We Structure Our Daily Draw Schedule
We divide each 24-hour cycle into eight three-hour blocks. Each block features a primary game—Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, roulette, or baccarat—plus one secondary table running in parallel. Our dealers rotate shifts so coverage never gaps. We publish the full schedule every Sunday for the following week, and we update it in real time if a dealer calls in sick or a table needs maintenance.
Our Draw Schedule appears in your account dashboard under the "Draw Schedule" menu item. You can filter by game type, table limit, or language preference. We also send push notifications subject to verification before your favourite table opens, so you don't miss the start.
Reading Table Limits and Seat Availability
Each row in our Draw Schedule shows the game name, start time, table limit (minimum and maximum bet), number of open seats, and the assigned dealer's name. If a table shows "Full", we queue you for the next round automatically. You don't need to refresh—we notify you the moment a seat opens.
Table limits vary by game and time of day. Our low-limit Dragon Tiger tables (starting at our welcome offerinimum) run throughout the day so casual players always have an option. Our high-limit roulette sessions (up to our welcome offeraximum) open in the evening for experienced bettors. We adjust limits based on demand, so check the schedule 24 hours ahead if you're planning a specific session.
- Minimum bet
- The smallest wager we accept on that table. Low-limit tables start at our welcome offer; high-limit tables at our welcome offer.
- Maximum bet
- The largest single wager allowed. Varies by game and time; roulette maxes out higher than Dragon Tiger.
- Seat count
- How many players can join simultaneously. Most tables seat 6–8; some high-limit rooms seat 4.
- Dealer name
- The live dealer running that session. Regulars often request the same dealer; we note preferences in your profile.

Joining a Live Table and Booking Ahead
To join a table, tap the "Join" button next to your chosen draw in the schedule. If seats are open, you enter the table immediately and see the live feed. If the table is full, we add you to a queue and notify you when a seat opens—usually within one or two rounds.
We also offer advance booking for high-demand tables. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other major holidays, our evening roulette and baccarat tables fill quickly. You can reserve a seat up to 48 hours ahead by tapping "Book seat" in the schedule. We hold your reservation for subject to verification after the table opens; if you don't join by then, the seat releases to the next person in the queue.

Multilingual Dealer Support and Chat
Our dealers speak English, Indonesian, Mandarin, Thai, and Vietnamese. When you join a table, the interface detects your language preference and routes you to a dealer fluent in that language. If you prefer to switch mid-session, tap the language icon in the top-right corner of the live feed.
We also run a live chat for each table. You can ask the dealer questions, greet other players, or request a rule clarification without leaving the table. Our moderation team monitors chat 24/7 to keep the environment respectful. Abusive language results in a mute; repeated violations lead to account suspension.
What Happens When a Table Fills
If all seats are taken when you tap "Join", we automatically add you to a queue. You see your position in the queue (e.g., "Position 3 of 5"). As players leave, we move you up. When a seat opens, we send you a notification and hold the seat for 60 seconds. If you don't join within that window, the seat goes to the next person in the queue.
Queue wait times vary. During peak hours (evening and weekends), high-limit tables may have queues of 10+ players. Low-limit tables usually have seats available within minutes. We recommend checking the schedule during off-peak hours (early morning, midweek) if you prefer shorter waits.
